Application Strategy
A milestone-driven application calendar covering every deadline, draft cycle, and action item. Includes integrated task tracking, regular check-in cadence, and scheduled parent communication touchpoints.
Reference Letters
Strategic recommender identification, outreach coaching, and custom briefing materials for each selected recommender — ensuring every letter is aligned with the student’s narrative and target schools.
Personal Statement
From brainstorming workshop through final polish — structured topic generation, outline development, detailed line-level editing on content, voice, pacing, and emotional resonance. Unlimited revisions.
Supplemental Essays
Up to 12 school-specific supplements, each with school-specific research, strategic alignment, and revision. Additional supplements available at added cost.
Activities & Materials
Activities list optimization with compelling 150-character descriptions. Plus honors curation, additional information strategy, resume/CV preparation, and portfolio guidance for creative programs.
Interview Preparation
Mock interviews covering common alumni and admissions officer formats. Feedback on content, delivery, body language, and pacing — with school-specific preparation for top-choice institutions.
Post-Submission Support
Deferral and waitlist strategy, offer evaluation, financial aid comparison, and final enrollment advising. The process doesn’t end at “submit” — we remain engaged through your final decision.
Most students begin in the summer before senior year. Earlier start dates are welcome and allow for a more relaxed pace. Students beginning in junior year or earlier benefit from additional time for profile building and summer planning.

Reference Letter Cultivation
Strategic coaching on building meaningful relationships with teachers, mentors, and advisors early — so that when recommendation letters are needed, the student has strong advocates who know them well.
Academic Planning
Course selection strategy to demonstrate rigor, intellectual curiosity, and alignment with the student’s evolving interests — including AP/IB guidance and advice on balancing challenge with performance.
Summer Program Strategy

Ongoing Check-Ins
